Anatomical features are things that are the relating structures, so they look alike. A bat's wing, human arm, and dolphins flipper are alike in similar ways. They relate to each other. They might have evolved from a same common ancestor, which is unknown. They are proven to be somehow related because of their anatomical features. They are objects of evolution because not all dolphins are the same. They have different shapes of body structures, eating habits, and locations. Yet they all have the flippers in common. They are evidence of a evolution of a common ancestor. They are how they are resulting that.
